This article explains the necessary steps to ensure successful transactions of tokens on ETH, BSC, and TRX blockchains by maintaining the minimum required funds in the parent wallet. It also covers how to resolve transactions stuck due to insufficient funds.

Step 1: Maintain Minimum Required Funds in Parent Wallet

For successful transactions, ensure the parent wallet has the following minimum amounts:

  • TRX: 75 TRX
  • BSC: 0.0009 BNB-BSC
  • ETH: 0.01 to 0.05 ETH

Step 2: Replenish the Parent Wallet

To replenish the parent wallet, open your wallet page on the platform and copy the wallet address. Make a direct deposit to this address to add the required funds.

Step 3: Push Stuck Transactions

If transactions are stuck in the "Unconfirmed" status due to insufficient funds, navigate to the "Event" section, filter by "Type Parent wallet insufficient funds," and click on "Retry" to push all the stuck transfers.

Additional Information:

  • Please make sure you have the required minimum funds in your parent wallet for the respective blockchain.
  • Transactions may be delayed if the parent wallet does not maintain the minimum required funds.
  • Regularly monitor your parent wallet balance to avoid transaction delays.
