When managing transactions in your account, you may occasionally encounter transactions that are assigned an "Unconfirmed" status. This typically occurs when there are insufficient funds in your parent wallet. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you resolve these transactions effectively.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage and resolve unconfirmed transactions caused by insufficient funds in your parent wallet, ensuring the smooth operation of your payment processing activities.

Step 1: Identify Unconfirmed Transactions

1. Navigate to the Events Section:

  • On the left side of your dashboard, locate and click on the "Events" section. This is where you can monitor all transaction activities.

2. Filter for estimated events:

  • Click on "Open filters" and select the option for transactions categorized as "Parent wallet insufficient funds." This will allow you to see all transactions that are currently unconfirmed due to a lack of funds.

Step 2: Check Minimum Required Funds

It’s crucial to ensure that your parent wallet has the necessary minimum funds to process the transactions. The required amounts are as follows:

• 75 TRX (Tron)

• 0.0009 BNB (Binance Smart Chain)

• 0.01 ETH to 0.05 ETH (Ethereum)

Step 3: Top Up Your Parent Wallet

1. Locate Your Parent Wallet:

  • Go to the "Wallets" tab in your account to find your parent wallet.

2. Copy the Wallet Address:

  • Click on the "Copy" icon next to the corresponding wallet address. This will allow you to easily paste the address for your deposit.

3. Make a Direct Deposit:

  • Use the copied wallet address to make a direct deposit of the required funds into your parent wallet. Ensure that you deposit enough to cover the minimum amount needed for all pending transactions.

4. Request to the support service:

  • Ask the support service to check the successful replenishment of the parent wallet. If it's ok, go to the next step.

Step 4: Retry Unconfirmed Transactions

1. Return to the Events Tab:

  • Once you have topped up your parent wallet, navigate back to the "Events" tab.

2. Select Unconfirmed Transactions:

  • Look for the transactions that are still marked as "Unconfirmed."

3. Click Retry:

  • If the parent wallet has sufficient funds, click on the "Retry" button next to each unconfirmed transaction. This action will attempt to process and confirm those transactions.

4. Retry Option Grayed Out:

 • If you notice that the "Retry" option is grayed out and unavailable even after topping up your parent wallet, it may indicate a deeper issue. In this case, it’s essential to reach out to the Customer Support team for assistance. They can help diagnose and resolve any underlying problems preventing transaction confirmation.
