Step 1: Verify Transaction in Transfers

  1. Navigate to Transfers
  1. Use Filter:
    • Enter the transaction hash (TXID) into the TXID field.
  • If the transaction is successful, it will appear as a transfer, indicating it has been processed and credited to your wallet.

Step 2: Check for Missing Callbacks or Tracking IDs

  1. Review Invoice Details:
    • Ensure the invoice includes a specified callback or tracking ID.
    • Missing details can prevent confirmation callbacks from being dispatched.
  2. Contact Support Team:
    • If details are missing, add them to the invoice.
    • Reach out to the Support Team to resend the callback.

Step 3: Verify Deposit Address Association

  1. Use the Address Filter:
    • If no transfer is detected, check if the deposit address is associated with the system.
    • Navigate to the Address field and use the filter feature.
  1. Contact Technical Support:
  • If the address is located but without any credited transfer, direct your request to the Technical Support Team.
  • If no deposit is located, it indicates that the address is not within the system, and such deposits cannot be credited.
