Step 1: Verify Transaction in Transfers
- Navigate to Transfers
- Use Filter:
- Enter the transaction hash (TXID) into the TXID field.
- If the transaction is successful, it will appear as a transfer, indicating it has been processed and credited to your wallet.
Step 2: Check for Missing Callbacks or Tracking IDs
- Review Invoice Details:
- Ensure the invoice includes a specified callback or tracking ID.
- Missing details can prevent confirmation callbacks from being dispatched.
- Contact Support Team:
- If details are missing, add them to the invoice.
- Reach out to the Support Team to resend the callback.
Step 3: Verify Deposit Address Association
- Use the Address Filter:
- If no transfer is detected, check if the deposit address is associated with the system.
- Navigate to the Address field and use the filter feature.
- Contact Technical Support:
- If the address is located but without any credited transfer, direct your request to the Technical Support Team.
- If no deposit is located, it indicates that the address is not within the system, and such deposits cannot be credited.

- Unsupported Blockchains: Transactions can only be credited if the blockchain is supported by the system. Transactions on unsupported networks cannot be recovered.
