Guide: How to Move Funds Using Swap and Internal Transfer in COINSBUY

This guide explains how to move funds between your wallets quickly and without involving the blockchain:

• Swap – Move funds between wallets in different currencies with automatic conversion.
• Internal Transfer – Move funds between wallets in the same currency, available only for Merchant wallets.

Part 1: How to Use Swap

Use this to transfer funds between two of your wallets in different currencies. The system handles the conversion automatically.

Steps:

1. Go to the Swap section from the left-hand menu.
   
   
2. Click “Swap” to start a swap operation
3. Select the wallet you're sending from.
4. Select the wallet you're sending to.
5. The system will show the converted amount and current exchange rate.
   
   
6. Review the information and click “Confirm.”
   
   
7. The funds will appear in the destination wallet immediately.
   
   
    
8. You can check the swap history by clicking on the "Go to Swaps History" as shown in the above screenshot or Go to Swaps > History
   
   

Part 2: How to Use Internal Transfer

(Merchant Wallets Only)

Use this to move the same currency between two of your own Merchant wallets. No conversion is applied.

Steps:

1. Go to the Payout > Add New > Internal Transfer section in your dashboard menu.
   
   
    
2. Select the sending wallet.
3. Select the receiving wallet — it must be in the same currency.
4. Enter the amount you want to transfer.
5. Click “Proceed” to submit the request.
   
   
6. Confirm the details and click on the "Confirm" button to proceed.
   
   
7. The funds will move instantly to the destination wallet.
